Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free for purchases of $100 or more in the U.S.A. via 3-6 business day ground shipping. Standard shipping in the U.S.A. is via USPS and generally takes 3 to 6 business days (Monday-Friday) to arrive after being packaged and shipped. For even faster delivery, domestic customers have the option to upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air for an additional fee.
Purchases made after 2pm EST will be packaged and shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday). Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday, or Friday after 2pm EST will be packed and shipped the following Monday.
U.S. shipping rates do not apply to international orders. There is a flat $30 shipping fee for international orders. Orders are shipped via USPS International First Class, DHL, or UPS, and generally take 3 to 6 business days, or 7 to 20 business days (Monday-Friday), depending on the location and the selected shipping preference.
In an effort to reduce the use of paper, paper invoices will not be included in delivered packages. Instead, all customer invoices will be emailed directly to the email address provided at checkout.
If you place an order from a country outside of the United States you may be subject to applicable customs, import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer/receiver. Please note these fees are governed by local authorities and 100% of the funds are received by the local government. Additionally, the order may be subject to applicable customs inspections and holds which may cause a delay and are the responsibility of the buyer/receiver to resolve.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any packages that may be stolen or lost after a verified successful delivery by the local post office.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges must not be worn, altered, or washed and with all tags attached in its original packaging. Merchandise returned worn, without original tags and/or not returned in original packaging may result in a delayed refund or not qualify for a refund as determined by our fulfillment team. Please note the determination of our fulfillment team is final.
Please first ensure that your items are eligible and that you request your return within the 14 day return window. If your items are not eligible for a return, or your request is past the window for return, your return request will be denied.
To initiate the return process, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a list of the items you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Once our fulfillment team receives your email, they'll email you with the next steps. Please note that customers are required to cover return shipping costs.
International customers are responsible for all shipping and postage costs associated with returning the product to us, as well as any potential duties costs applied to replacement packages we ship back out to international customers.
Please note we are unable to refund shipping and handling fees and Final Sale items may not be returned. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
Third Party Returns & Exchanges:
This 14 day return and exchange policy also applies to any purchases made in the U.S. from all third party clothing, handbag, and jewelry brands. At this time, third party products are not available for sale internationally. Returns and exchanges will also not be offered to purchases of beauty, skincare, fragrance, and art from third party brands as all sales from these categories will be final. However, exchanges will only be offered on defective and damaged products. Returns for non-CHIMMI branded product shall be returned to the original brand's location in the U.S.A. at a $5 shipping fee, unless otherwise specified.
