Lazy Suzy Cafe, Brooklyn Born and Bred

Meet Andy Chu, one of the cofounders of Lazy Suzy Cafe in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn. The cafe is named after the lazy Susan, a rotating tray used to serve food often placed at the center of the table and usually found in Chinese restaurants. All Brooklyn born and bred, the founders of Lazy Suzy Cafe are all children of Chinese immigrants and are hosting a Fall Market popup this Saturday on October 26, featuring 20 local vendors (including us). 👊👊👊

We caught up with Andy to talk about the origins of Lazy Suzy Cafe, how they work with their community, and details on their upcoming popup. If you're planning to be in New York, show some love and RSVP HERE and enter for a chance to win free prizes. Hope to see you at Lazy Suzy Cafe!
